So, a week ago today, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds ended in Japan after a 3 year, 154 episode run.
To be honest? I'm a little sad to see it go. The series has had its ups and downs (I hate you soooooo much Yoshida >_>) but for the most part its been enjoyable when it hasn't been throwing in blatant asspulls for no reason. There are some things I would've liked to have seen done better (Crow in general, the whole Life Stream Dragon sideplot, the WRGP arc to NOT just make it blatantly shoving new cards down our collective throats, the Z-One copout, character development in general after the Dark Signer arc, etc etc) but the series has given us some memorable duels and moments. I just hope that Zexal ends up being a decent series so that NAS and TV Tokyo can find a new dubbing company for it and let the franchise continue to live on outside Japan.
So... what else is new....?
Oh, Breaking. Yup, still procrastinating on that. College work is eating up my time -_- Ah well, I break up a week on Friday, so after the mad dash to get my work done, I'm free til September! Should be able to get some work done on Breaking in that time if I can put my mind to it.
